Will my callers know they're talking to AI?

Most won't realize unless they ask. Aria sounds like a person — that's the point. When asked directly ("are you a real person?"), she's honest: "I'm an AI assistant, but I can help you with most things, and I'll get a person on the line if you'd rather talk to one." Then she keeps going. We don't believe in deception, but we also don't make Aria announce her artificiality to every caller; that's not what your front-desk hire would do either.
What happens when Aria can't handle something?

She warm-transfers to whoever you've configured — front desk, a clinical line, your cell. Crucially, before she bridges the caller in, she dials the human first and plays a five-second spoken brief: "Sandra Lopez, returning patient, calling about a chipped molar from this morning, in some pain, prefers Spanish." Do I need to change my phone number?

No. You keep your existing number with your existing carrier. We give you a Twilio number, and you set call forwarding on your line — total forwarding, after-hours only, or overflow when nobody picks up. Setup takes about 60 seconds and is fully reversible. Your callers dial the number they always have.
How long does setup take?

How do you handle HIPAA?
